Rolling Stones Face Lawsuit for Sore Throat

Lawsuits are nothing new when it comes to rock stars, but this lawsuit rivals the lady that sued McDonalds for not telling her the coffee was hot. The Rolling Stones are being sued for $51 million by Rosalie Druyan, a New York City woman. The women believes that they owe her since they cancelled their concert in Atlantic City with just a few hours notice, and left "her with nothing to do except play a few hands of blackjack and place a few wagers as to whether or not the blue-haired ladies at the slots were older than Charlie Watts."

Druyan wasn't satisfied with the Stones' camp's offer of a refund or a ticket to a makeup date slated for later this month, the deal extended to anyone holding ducats for the Oct. 27 show that was axed after Jagger came down with a sore throat.
